Harbor Health Brings Care and Coverage Together in Houston with the Acquisition of Village Medical Clinics

Harbor Health is expanding into Houston through the planned acquisition of 27 Village Medical clinics, bringing its integrated care and coverage model to its fifth Texas market. The expansion will establish the clinics as a primary care home for Harbor members while supporting the launch of Individual and Family Plans in Houston for 2027 and Harbor’s existing large employer plans.
