Selena Villarreal

Physician assistant Selena Villarreal has been practicing since 2025, with a focus on primary care for patients ages 2 and up. Above all, Selena wants the people in her care to know they will have a provider who truly listens. Building trust and creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment is important to her, and she wants every patient to feel heard and involved in their care. She believes the best outcomes happen when provider and patient work together and have open conversations, and she encourages patients to ask any question they may have, no matter how big or small. She is also fluent in Spanish. Selena earned her bachelor's degree in biology and her master's in physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, graduating in 2024. Selena tries to practice the same healthy habits she encourages her patients to follow: staying active, spending time outdoors, and making time for the people who matter most to her. She believes finding balance is an important part of staying healthy, and in her free time she enjoys running, building LEGO sets, and baking.
