Sean McCarthy
Sean McCarthy, FNP-C, started his practice in 2021, with a special interest in Family Medicine. His clinical interests include LGBTQ healthcare, men's health, preventative care, and treatment of chronic illnesses. Sean earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island. He then completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Sean is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. As a healthcare provider, Sean believes in providing holistic, patient-centered care that emphasizes prevention, wellness, and education. He is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their health through open communication, compassionate support, and evidence-based practices. Originally from Boston, Sean moved to San Antonio in 2016 with his partner and now calls it home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his French Bulldogs, exploring new travel destinations, and gaming.
