About
Pratyusha Nunna
Internal Medicine Physician Dr. Pratyusha Nunna creates a safe and judgement-free space for members and strives to be a true partner in health, collaborating to ensure each person feels truly heard. She moves beyond simple labels to uncover the “why” behind chronic conditions and views each member as a whole person with not only a list of symptoms, but a unique story. Dr. Nunna is board certified in Obesity Medicine and specializes in lifestyle interventions for conditions including diabetes, weight management, and mental health care. She works with adults 18 years and older. She stays active in medical research on a variety of topics and was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York. In her practice, Dr. Nunna often emphasizes a "lifestyle prescription,” focusing on the vital connections between sleep, stress, diet, movement, and overall health. She enjoys when members come in curious, asking how their daily habits impact their long-term well-being. By setting realistic mini-goals alongside the people she serves, she helps members co-create sustainable plans that fit their actual lives rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Dr. Nunna is intentional about her own wellness habits, though she is the first to admit that life as a physician is a balancing act. She understands the real-life tension of wanting to show up for health and not always having the perfect conditions to do so, and that health is a journey best navigated at one’s own pace and on one’s own terms. An avid traveler and cook, she finds joy in exploring new cultures and foods. She stays grounded by spending time with her toddler, hiking, and playing badminton, a sport she has loved since high school.
