Michele Graczyk
Nurse Practitioner Michele Graczyk is focused on primary and urgent care and began practicing in 2011. Michele completed undergraduate study at the University of Texas, in Austin, and medical school at Texas A&M. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and is a member of AANP. Michele enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, spending time with family, and animals. She travels to Colorado often to enjoy these outdoor activities. She is the proud mother of six children, and 7 grandchildren. Spending time her family is her favorite activity.
