Mark Stoeckel

Dr. Mark Stoeckel is committed to improving the health of his patients. He started practicing in 2002 with a medical focus in nutrition and exercise education, general family medicine, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes and mental health. Dr. Stoeckel treats infants, children, teens and adults, performing adult physical exams, well woman exams, well child exams and Medicare annual wellness visits. Dr. Stoeckel earned his undergraduate degree in microbiology from Texas A&M University. He then attended medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He participated in a transitional internship with an emphasis on surgery at The University of Texas at the Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital in Houston. He fulfilled a family practice residency at the University of South Carolina through Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC. Dr. Stoeckel also received a sports medicine fellowship through the University of South Carolina and Richland Memorial Hospital. When he’s not helping his patients, Dr. Stoeckel enjoys hiking and day trips to interesting locations throughout Texas. He has three children in college. He has lived in Cedar Park-Leander, TX for more than 20 years. He has watched the area grow and is proud to call it home.
