Hannah Tabanao
Hannah Tabanao, NP-C is a board certified Adult Health Nurse Practitioner, with clinical interest in the management of chronic conditions like obesity, hypertension, and diabetes. She believes in a holistic approach to patient care and places emphasis on prevention through lifestyle modifications. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York in 2007 and subsequently worked as a registered nurse in medical-surgical and emergency room setting. She then pursued her Master’s degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey which she completed in 2012. Her prior experience as a nurse practitioner include management of outpatient hemodialysis patients, care of older adults in a long-term care setting, primary care for those over 65 years old, and primary care for the underserved population in Northwest San Antonio. When not in clinic, Hannah is most certain to be found gardening, cooking, or spending quality time with her pets. She has been a resident of San Antonio since 2017 and has been enjoying the city and the people. She is fluent in Tagalog.
