About
Stacey Palmer
Stacey Palmer is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who wants her clients to be healthier and better versions of themselves, so she encourages them to make changes in their lives that create positive outcomes. Her personal journey of overcoming an autoimmune disease with medical knowledge and lifestyle changes drives her purpose of empowering and educating clients. That experience led her to earn a doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on treating chronic disease and then becoming Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Stacey brings a whole person approach to care and has extensive experience working with cardiometabolic conditions. She sees members who are 18 years and older. Stacey is an Adjunct Professor in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and has written a manuscript in the Journal of Nursing Education about the importance of nutrition education in college nursing programs. Her clients have come to expect a “to-do” list handed to them at every appointment so they’re clear about medication management and health goals. She strives to never stop learning, play golf whenever possible, and take a long run on Sundays.
