About
Lesa Droste
Lesa Droste defines herself as a guide and advocate as she cares for the whole person alongside the Harbor Health team. She strives to get to know each person’s story including priorities and history as she discovers their health needs and helps them set health goals. Her goal with each client interaction is to actively listen and make each person feel understood. Lesa has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner since 2009 and obtained her doctor of nursing practice in 2024. She has a great deal of experience working with the medically underserved and uninsured communities in Central Texas. When Lesa is not caring for clients, she co-creates her own health by moving her body daily. She enjoys walking her dog and practicing any life hacks for more movement, like parking far away from her destination so her walk is longer. Her belief in the importance of play, even as an adult, motivates her to spend quality time with family, travel often, and embrace humor. She enjoys watching British murder mysteries and detective shows and strives to engage in activities each day that challenge her comfort zone.
