Dr. Glendalyz Alberto spends time getting to know her clients on a deeper level, establishing a partnership with them to achieve their health goals. She enjoys guiding people in setting small, attainable goals, providing education, and allowing them to make decisions about their health journeys. Dr. Alberto works with adults and especially enjoys assisting older adults in aging healthily. She also helps them establish the social cushion resources they often need like physical therapy, food delivery to the home, and home caregivers. Dr. Alberto completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship program in geriatrics. Dr. Alberto often reminds people she cares for that doctors are people too, sharing her own experiences with health and wellness. She keeps physically active by cycling and weight training at least five times a week. Baking brings her joy, so she loves to make treats like cinnamon buns and cookies and share them with coworkers and friends.
