We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand-new multi-specialty collaborative care clinic in Georgetown! Located at 4879 Williams Drive, Building 1, Suite 103, our latest clinic opened its doors on September 3, 2024. As our 11th clinic in Central Texas, this exciting new location is poised to meet the expanding primary and specialty health needs of residents in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. We look forward to serving the Georgetown community and enhancing access to top-notch healthcare right in your neighborhood.
“We are excited to make our new approach of collaborative, team-based care more accessible to people living in this growing area of Williamson County,” says Dr. Clay Johnston, Harbor Health’s Co-Founder, Chief Medical Officer, and inaugural dean of The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School.
Harbor Health was founded in September 2022 by Dr. Johnston and Tony Miller, an entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades working to improve the health industry through new ventures.
We are leading the transformation of care that employers, providers, and consumers are all seeking. Our team is implementing a unique approach focused on helping consumers get healthier faster by connecting them to a dedicated health team and customized care pathways. If needed, clients can have a physician, nurse, pharmacist, health coach, and specialist on their side to help them achieve their health goals. Our health teams treat infants, children, adolescents, and adults.
“Harbor Health differs from traditional care delivery approaches because we’re proactive around people’s needs and more focused on achieving better outcomes,” explains Dr. Johnston. “Our care model is designed to ultimately reduce wasteful healthcare spending.”
With the addition of the Georgetown clinic, we now serve people in several parts of Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties. Our team has three Express Care locations in Westlake (West Austin), Round Rock, and Central Austin, offering after-hours and weekend care. We also meet people in the community where they are with care through two mobile health clinics.
