Millie Hicks brings more than 15 years of nursing experience and nine years of experience as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to Harbor Health. She wants to be a partner in a person’s health journey, helping to incorporate lifestyle changes that can optimize wellness. She spends time educating people on preventative health strategies and treatment options. Her goal is to provide compassionate, individualized, and holistic care to every person.

Millie became interested in nursing as a young ballet dancer, and she was curious about body systems and maintaining good health. She is open to new things including how she manages care plans. She listens intently to each person so she can work alongside him or her on the health journey. Millie balances her own health needs by reading, hiking with her family, spending time outside every day, and attempting to eat five colors of vegetables daily.
