Laura Leigh works with adults in the primary care setting and enjoys collaborating with a team of other clinicians.

Laura Leigh believes in the importance of celebrating big and small wins with people when they reach health goals. It not only keeps momentum moving forward with behavior change, but it strengthens the relationships she strives to build with clients. She manages her stress with meditation and likes to run and practice yoga. She and her family love traveling and enjoy visiting state and national parks along their journeys. They attempt to visit at least one new park each year and have a dream of visiting every major league baseball park.
